We left for our Labor Day weekend getaway thinking we'd be drinking our beloved frozen peach daiquiris. But, we still had a full bottle of Midori on hand and were still freshly enamored with our recent
key lime martini recipe, so we were in the mood to experiment. It took a few tries to come up with this delicious and cool blend of lime and melon but the result was well worth it. Cheers!
For 2 Servings:
4 oz. Rum
4 oz. Midori
2 oz. Lime juice
2 oz. Pineapple juice
1 oz. Simple syrup
Combine all the ingredients with about 10 ice cubes in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve in a chilled daiquiri glass
.
Love this... refreshing.
