Chocolate Pumpkin-tini
If you've ever tried the combination of chocolate and pumpkin then you know that they go beautifully together! But why restrict that yummy flavor to baked goods? As tasty as a pumpkin martini is, the chocolate version is simply scrumptious. It's creamy and decadent tasting with just enough pumpkin and chocolate flavors so that you taste both but neither overwhelms you. Serve it to holiday guests on chilly fall evenings... or just make one for yourself after a long day of work. Cheers!

Per Serving:
2 oz. Vanilla vodka
1 oz. Chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz. Coffee liqueur
1/2 oz. Pumpkin puree
1/2 oz. Half and half (I used fat-free)
1 oz. Piece of chocolate
Pinch of cinnamon
Grate the chocolate into a dish. Wet the outer edge of your cocktail glass with a bit of the chocolate or coffee liqueurs and then dip the rim into the grated chocolate. Reserve any remaining chocolate. Combine the remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously over ice. Pour into the rimmed glass and sprinkle the remaining grated chocolate on top.
