My Award Cup Runneth Over!

I am feeling the love around here lately, let me tell you!  In addition to my previous Liebster and Sunshine awards, I've just been the lucky recipient of four...count 'em...four more honors!

From my favorite actress, cook and fellow New Yorker comes the Versatile Blogger award. Kayle at The Cooking Actress is beautiful, sweet and helpful. And among her other talents, she does all kinds of wicked things with peanut butter and chocolate. I'd love to meet her in person but her kitchen is a dangerously delicious place.

From Sofie, The German Foodie and guru of all things German and delicious comes another Liebster award. Sofie said she gave it to me because I am awesome. But actually it is Sofie who is awesome, cooking up a storm, leaving all kinds of comment love everywhere and going around converting metrics to annoying American measurements so that we have a hope of attempting her tasty creations. I hope to meet Sofie in person soon on her trip to New York. I wonder if there's a chance she'll happen to have a strudel or two with her? :)

Another fellow New Yorker, Susan at The Girl in the Little Red Kitchen, also felt I deserved the Versatile Blogger award.  In addition to being a confirmed foodie and talented home cook, Susan also knows the joys (cough, cough) of cooking in an area the size of a postage stamp. Oh, and she also has a dog which earns her extra brownie points around here. We love our doggie!

And last but not least, I had the pleasure of being presented with the Kreativ Blogger award by Jessica at Oh Cake. In addition to being a busy cook, wife and blogger, Jessica has also recently given up sleeping to begin and nurture her creation, The Food Bloggers Network. Thanks to her, we've gained friendships, networks and oodles of useful information. I am honored to be honored by her.


So there you have my latest achievements. Pretty soon I'll need a separate room to house all my awards and larger doorways to fit my swelled head through. But in all seriousness, I am so pleased to be part of such a wonderful community of bloggers and honored to be so well thought of by them. All of their creativity and talent inspire me daily!
