It's getting to be that time again when my mind turns to thoughts of margaritas. OK, that usually happens every Friday or whenever my best friend and I happen to head out to our favorite Mexican restaurant. I'll spare you the details of how many years we've been haunting that place. But what I'm talking about today is Cinco de Mayo.
I'll probably be doing my partying at home this year but that doesn't mean I can't do it in a margarita filled way. The flavor possibilities are only limited by whatever fruit you can think of but I decided to go a little nontraditional this year. You don't really find too many pear margaritas but, after sampling them, I really can't imagine why not. Let's fix that, shall we. Cheers!
