My love of snack boards is not limited to cheese and charcuterie. Dessert boards are the bomb. I'd always much rather snack on a whole bunch of different things than choose just one and this way I can try all the sweet things.
So, instead of baking just one kind of cake or other Valentine's treat, this year I'm serving a chocolate treat board. And since I love putting them together, I think the "galentines" should get one too. What's better than a group of girlfriends sipping wine and eating chocolate treats together.
I built the board around a center dip, almost like a fondue but so much better because I used Tribe's new chocolate hummus.Yes, it's hummus in the sense that it's made of chickpeas but it's really a sweet, creamy chocolate dip. Perfect for dipping strawberries, pretzels, apples, cookies, etc. I include both indulgent and healthier fruit options on my board so that everyone can choose.
Tribe also makes other dessert hummus flavors such as Sea Salt Caramel Hummus, Cake Batter Hummus, Vanilla Bean Hummus and Pea "No-Nut" Butter Hummus. All of them contain only 5 grams of sugar per serving, no artificial preservatives and are vegan, gluten free, kosher and non-GMO verified. And, of course, delicious. Click here to find them.
